Glass micro -beaded silver -plated silicon rubber is a composite material with conductive performance. Its preparation method is to put a layer of silver film on the surface of the glass micro beads, and then compounds with silicone rubber. This material has high conductive performance and good flexibility.

Glass micro beads are a tiny glass particles, which are generally between 10 microns and 100 microns. By placing silver on the surface of the glass micro beads, a layer of conductive silver film can be formed, thereby improving the electrical performance of the material. Silver -plated methods are usually vacuum -plated and chemical silver -plated. The vacuum is evaporated to the surface of the glass micro beads, and then the silver film is formed by depositing; the chemical silver plating is a silver ions on the surface of the glass micro beads, and then the silver film is formed by the reduction of the reaction.
